| Ironman Junior Duathlon |

The Ironman Junior Duathlon has run since 2004 and takes place at Sherborne Castle the day before the full UK Ironman event. The course is completely within the castle grounds and the finish is down the same finishing tunnel as the Ironman event. This is a great chance for young athletes to experience the atmosphere of an Ironman event. Full details and an entry form can be found on the Ironman website www.ironmanuk.com
