Sports Centre Information

Parking

On the day there will be no parking for competitors at the Sports Centre, as the access road will closed for use by cyclists and runners.

Parking will be available before 10am at the Rugby Club next to the Sports Centre (NB you will be unable to park in the Rugby Club after 10am as Corams Lane will be closed and unable to leave the Rugby Club before 3pm due to road closure) at a cost of £1 per car.

Other parking will be available at one of the public car parks within Wellington.

Getting there

Take Junction 26 off the M5 towards Wellington on the A38.

At the next roundabout take the second exit to Wellington B3187.

For the Sports Centre, turn right at the 2nd set of traffic lights. After 500m turn left at the Sportsman pub into Corams Lane and the Sports Centre is at the end of this road.

Other activities

There will be lots to do at the Sports Centre on the day so why not bring your friends and family and make a day of it!

There will be:

• A licensed bar which will also serve coffee/tea, snacks and soft drinks

• An all day Bar-B-Que (weather permitting)

• Post race massage (for a small charge)

• Sauna/swimming (post race) and sports facilities for family/friends

• Shower/changing facilities

• Children's bouncy castle (free)

• Children's activities

• Trade stands
